Lutein and Zeaxanthin
Having a nutritionist as a friend can be helpful. Photophobia may be the result of a deficiency which means I’m currently acting as a science experiment for G, the nutritionist. I’m now taking Lutein and Zeaxanthin and a mix of other things for three months to see if there is any improvement – if there is, I will take these things for the rest of my life if I have to. Another thing I’ll do to be pain free is yoga. The yoga teacher says that yoga can prevent migraines – I’m now going to yoga twice a week. If it stops the pain, I will do it everyday for the rest of my life. Two sound commitments in one post
I’ve experimented with all sort of eating plans and other annoying things, I can experiment with this and see if it works. The yoga is not hard work and the tablets are taken with breakfast. At yoga the other night there was talk of chakra and I had to be quiet as the only stuff I know about chakra comes from Naruto – I don’t think that counts 😛 But on the other hand, I know piles about fictional ninja chakra 😀
I was rereading HikaGo last night, I need to find or teach someone in MB to play Go.
